I recently had the pleasure of staying at Horizonte do Geres, and I must say, my experience far surpassed my high expectations. the room's parquet floor added a touch of elegance, while the terrace offered a stunning view of the mountains-perfect for unwinding after a day of surfing. the mini-bar was well-stocked, ensuring I could relax with a cold drink whenever I pleased. the proximity to local eateries like Petiscos da Bo Gusta and Pedra Bela made dining out a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay. the attentive staff, led by Nadir, truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and I will undoubtedly be returning to this gem in the heart of Gerês.
